Today, I was able to interview and talk to my friend, Heloise a food stylist. She is novice in the field. Working with her hands and watching her for a few hours as a food stylist gave me a different, and interesting perspective about food styling:

1- Food stylist has to have a high attention to detail, creativity, cooking, and photography experience. Heloise mentioned the number of times a food stylist takes pictures from different angles. She told me it takes over 10 photoshoots to get it right.

My Sunday ritual of cooking a nice lunch. I even have leftovers for a day or so. While I was cooking, I thought about including this in my next blog. I’m new to posting recipes, and I told myself give it a try at least once. I like to experiment in the kitchen with different ingredients to see which works best in my food. That’s my food science side.
